Savings Offer Calculator
Compare a temporary bonus rate with a steady rate over the same holding period.

How it works
Interest equals starting balance times annual simple rate times months divided by 12. Offer A uses the bonus rate until the bonus ends, then the later assumed rate. Offer B uses one steady rate. Fees are paid separately and deducted from earnings, not from the deposit. A negative net result means fees exceed interest.
Fictional example: 10,000 at 6% for 3 months then 2% for 9 months earns 300. At 4% for 12 months it earns 400. Over only 3 months, the results reverse: 150 versus 100.
